Exhibition
Participation in exhibitions around the conference venue can be requested through email on or before August 31, 2022. The cost for an exhibition stall of area 3m x 3m would be INR 100000 + (18% Tax).

The payment can be made online through the conference website.

Advertisement on the abstract booklet/souvenir/conference website can be made on or before August 31, 2022 at the cost as follows.

Back Cover INR 80000 + (18% Tax)
Inside Front or Back Cover INR 50000 + (18% Tax)
Full Page: INR 40000 + (18% Tax)
Half Page INR 25000 + (18% Tax)

Accommodation
Accommodation to a limited number of registered participants can be provided in the guest houses/hostels of the University of Hyderabad. The accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Request and payment can be made online through the conference website.

Accommodation Charge: INR 500 per head for one night's stay in a double-sharing room

Conference Venue
The Auditorium and the Seminar Room, School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad, C.R. Rao Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500046, INDIA University vehicle (bus) service will be available for reaching the conference venue from elsewhere inside the University of Hyderabad.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the registration can only be made via e-mail to icfast2022@uohyd.ac.in .
Cancellation until August 20, 2022: Full refund, excluding INR 50 0 as administrative charge.
Cancellation after August 20, 2022: No refund
